The other bun fight

Food tourism is popular in Macau, one of the cafe's here claim to have invented a pork cutlet bun.

Lots of people from all over come just to try it from the source. The taxi driver said that he can't believe people take a $40 taxi trip to have a $20 pork bun. In fact, most of the people at the cafe were from HK or China.

They make a batch everyday at 3:00pm, so people line up and wait around 2:30pm. We got one of the first ones from that day, I tried the pork bun, it really was good.
