Speaking of Chinese medicine

I walked by this pharmacy, and wondered what "open milk tea" means.

Apparently it's not bad translation, it's actually a herbal tea that helps new mothers lactate. Mom made a few speculations on what happens when a guy drinks this tea, which I shall not repeat.
