The best egg tarts in the world

I kid you not, they are the freshest, softest, flakiest, tastiest egg tarts you can buy.

The Tai Cheng Bakery is very popular. He posts pictures of foreign leaders and VIP's having his tarts on his wall to show his pride.

Here he has a picture with Chris Patten (the last governor of HK), inside, he has a picture of a former German Chancellor having his famous egg tart.
He wrote an interesting book "Not Quite the Diploment", very interesting read too bad it's not published in North America. There was an interview on CBC with him earlier this year.
